Elderflower in Cocktails and Beyond

This month on the “Paris Cocktail Talk” show, we learn about the evolution of elderflower as an ingredient and flavour, how it was historically used beyond cocktails and cuisine and how it’s being used today with founder of SurO, Lucinda Prior. SurO is a homemade, natural non-alcoholic sparkling elderflower drink, which can also be used as a mixer.
